4. Intellectual Property & Licenses
All artwork, designs, images, text, graphics, and other content on the Service (collectively, “Our Content”) are owned by Venvino Art Studios or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., displaying a print in your home). Commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale requires separate written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (if the Service allows uploads). By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the Service.
5. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. We use third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card details. Prices and availability are subject to change. Shipping and delivery times are estimates only.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
7. Disclaimers

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR (OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
